Job Title: Aviation Attendant

We are currently seeking self-motivated and independent individuals to join our crew as flight attendants based in Brisbane. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and working within a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

">
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the entire cabin independently, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
  • Provide a caring and personalized service while managing in-flight services, maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Perform equipment/security checks, in-flight announcements, in-flight food & beverage service, cleaning duties and handle various situations that may occur in the cabin.

Key Requirements:

  • Aged 18 years or older.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • No taller than 173 cm.
  • Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - completed within the last 3 years.
  • Completed a minimum 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or worked in the UK, Ireland or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5.
  • Be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) which involves a police security check.
  • Passionate about your role and a commitment to delivering exceptional and consistent customer service.
  • Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device (a swim assessment is required).
  • Flexible and adaptable; working hours will vary and include working during holiday times and peak periods.
  • A high level of personal presentation.
  • Natural willingness to please and care for people.
