Requirements:
- Experience working on large-scale projects in the Australian construction industry.
- Knowledge of employment agreements and experience implementing them.
- Previous experience on high-value projects exceeding $100 million.
- At least three years' experience in a health, safety, and environment position within the construction sector.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of legislative and organizational requirements.
They will be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
