Job Description

As a Director of Service, you will lead a team to create a safe, fun and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

You will be responsible for building a fantastic relationship with your school and being an active member within the school and local community. You will also enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a natural leader with a passion for teaching children who thrives in a fast-paced environment and still has a childlike enthusiasm. You must be a confident communicator with children, parents, team members and school principals, and have strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

  • Possess a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Have experience in leadership roles, preferably in childcare or related fields
