Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to facilitate learning that motivates, builds competencies, and improves individual performance.

This role involves delivering training and assessment services to achieve business results. You will ensure compliance with national standards for student enrolment, training delivery, and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Traineeship and Course Enrolment: Assist in identifying employees for progression into traineeships, complete all relevant paperwork, fulfill the role of Trainer and Assessor for participants on RTO courses, and work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Builds Relationships: Effectively build and maintain strong working relationships with restaurant workplace supervisors, managers, licensees, operations consultants, and management teams. Provide regular feedback to optimize participant development, build relationships with participants that maximize learning potential, and provide service and advice on traineeships.
  • Training and Assessment: Prepare and conduct orientation sessions, structured training webinars, and facilitate structured training support. Contribute to internal and external audit/validation programs, ensure each participant has access to relevant training tools and resources, and complete assessments.
  • Personal Development: Adhere to national and state compliance guidelines, stay up-to-date with employee development approaches, remain current on operational standards, procedures, and resources, and maintain accurate personnel competency matrices.
