Job Title: Network Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service across various nbn technologies.

This autonomous role involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of nbn products and services in diverse environments, both internal and external, with a focus on customer premises.

A typical day could include:

  • Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
  • Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE

Strong customer service skills and the ability to demonstrate honesty and integrity while being self-managed and motivated are essential for this role.

We are looking for a current and clean Driver's License and strong, personable communication skills (written and verbal).
