Job Title: Customer Field Technician

This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Field Technician, you will play a vital part in transforming Australia's digital landscape by installing, maintaining, and repairing nbn products and services.

About the Role:
  • Cable installation, including jointing, jumpering, and splicing of copper and fibre cabling
  • Installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) at customer premises
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and CPE

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide top-notch customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during installations or maintenance
  • To diagnose and repair faults efficiently to ensure minimal downtime for customers

About You:

  • You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A current and clean Driver's License is mandatory
  • You must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have strong problem-solving skills
