About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital information management and has experience in staff supervision and workflow optimization.

]Main Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the digitization process, including assessing and managing daily tasks, preparing schedules, conducting training sessions, reviewing and updating procedures;
  • Supervision of digital information officers who perform administrative duties, such as document imaging, record creation, destruction, offsite storage processing, and record collection and delivery within the organization;
  • Independent decision making and problem solving, requiring well-developed communication skills to develop procedures in accordance with the role and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in staff management and workflow optimization;
  • Auditing experience and ability to maintain high levels of attention to detail;
  • Demonstration of behaviours that reinforce our organization's values: collaboration, openness, respect and empowerment.
