About the Position

An exciting opportunity exists for a senior executive to lead the operational performance of our civil construction division.

This leadership role oversees project delivery, commercial outcomes, team management, and stakeholder relationships across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead high-level teams responsible for project delivery and business operations.
  • Champion a strong health and safety culture and set an example for all employees.
  • Drive financial performance through effective contract management, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and contract administration.
  • Review tenders, pricing, and risk assessments to maximise commercial outcomes.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement across operational functions.
  • Effectively manage plant, equipment, and workforce utilisation across multiple projects.
