Job Opportunity: Office Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Office Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and coordinating events.

About the Role

This varied position involves reporting directly to the Director, where you will utilize your initiative and excellent communication skills to succeed. Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing correspondence, supporting the Director, and assisting with social media and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review correspondence and forward relevant information to clients.
  • Provide Executive Assistant support to the Director.
  • Assist with social media and marketing projects.
  • Coordinate events and functions.
  • Onboard new clients.
  • Manage office administration.
  • Handle Human Resources tasks as required.
  • Update internal spreadsheets.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm.
  • Prior experience with ATO, ASIC, XERO is highly desirable.
  • Strong teamwork and initiative skills.
  • Proactive approach and high organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
