About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our Critical Care team at Edwards Lifesciences Gruppe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services to support our critical care business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed reports on inventory levels, shipping and receiving activities, and other key supply chain metrics.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure the successful execution of supply chain initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on inventory control and logistics.
  • APICS certification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
