Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to join our team as a Director of Digital Accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital planning, advertising agency experience, and a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative solutions.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creativity, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiency.

The Director of Digital Accounts will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless campaign delivery, product development, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Liaise with technology partners to streamline processes, improve campaign delivery, and develop new products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with clients, agencies, and partners to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign and product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
