Marine Parts Specialist

As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our service operations.

This includes sourcing and allocating parts, monitoring inventory levels and communicating updates with the service team and customers.

Additionally, you will receive, inspect and put away stock and special-order parts, as well as identify process issues and provide feedback for future improvements.

You will also be responsible for organizing information and reports for the service team and general manager, processing orders, invoices and payments, and picking up and transporting parts when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused mindset and proactive work ethic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the marine industry and boat parts or automotive/heavy equipment parts is advantageous
  • Prior experience in sourcing or warehousing parts is advantageous
  • Australian driver's license is advantageous
