We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to join our team as a Marine Parts Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and allocating parts, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and allocating parts from OEM networks and other suppliers
  • Managing inventory levels and communicating with the service team and customers
  • Receiving, inspecting, and putting away stock and special-order parts
  • Identifying parts issues and providing feedback for future improvements
  • Picking up and transporting parts using company vehicles or forklifts
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Prior experience in parts logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A detail-oriented and proactive work ethic
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Forklift license an advantage
