We are seeking a skilled Operational Planner to work closely with participants and their representatives, providing operational and administrative support that directly impacts people's lives.

You will work with participants and their representatives via phone to understand current circumstances and spending patterns. Additionally, you will maintain high-quality records in line with process guidelines and standard operating procedures.

- Research and review decisions, managing moderately complex cases with guidance from senior staff.
- Complete administrative and data entry tasks accurately and within set timeframes.
This is an entry-level position requiring strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage sensitive or difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism, solid IT skills including data entry and analysis, strong time management and workload prioritisation skills, and flexibility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
