About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the quality strategy to ensure the highest standards of quality throughout our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including operations, safety, business development, and engineering.
  • Ensure alignment and focus of quality partners with defined departments and manufacturing teams.
  • Manage internal and external audit requirements, including HACCP, recipes, GMP, halal, kosher, sanitation, and critical consumer complaints.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in operations, quality, and/or R&D in a large FMCG business.
  • Project management and prioritization skills.
  • Commercial strategy process, product/package development process, food safety, plant commercialization, ingredient and package technology, and training and coaching technical material.
  • Leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to support direct and indirect reports.
  • Effective communication and leadership of cross-functional teams.
  • Working with external manufacturing suppliers and technical vendors to ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders on quality-related issues.
