Role Summary

This role is responsible for managing the operations of services and programs to ensure they provide quality person-centred services. The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated coordinators and support workers, assisting them to implement best practice approaches to supporting NDIS participants to build their capacity and achieve their identified goals.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of services and programs

  • Assist in the development and implementation of service plans
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators

Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Individual Support or other related field at Cert IV minimum or significant experience in a similar role. They will also require Working with Children Check NSW or be willing to obtain, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Yellow Card – Disability (Qld), and Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated substantial experience in leading a program or service within a Community, Disability or Mental Health Service
  • Previous experience in monitoring and reporting key performance indicators
  • Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness
