Job Title: Customer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our customer engagement efforts. This role will oversee the development and implementation of marketing programs that foster deep connections with our customers, ultimately driving product adoption, retention, and growth.

This is a hybrid role that requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Sales. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, empathy, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of launching successful marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive customer engagement strategies across the entire customer lifecycle, leveraging data and technology to inform campaign decisions.
  2. Partner with Product to define launch goals, messaging, rollout plans, and adoption playbooks for new products and features.
  3. Design and implement programs to drive upsell and cross-sell, working closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify opportunities and develop compelling messages.
  4. Evaluate and optimize the customer engagement tech stack, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and tools.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable customer communications and campaigns, measuring and improving key metrics such as product adoption, upsell revenue, and retention.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years focused on customer or product marketing.
  • Proven track record of launching features or products and driving measurable adoption.
  • Strong cross-functional operator with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
