Personal Care Worker

Are you passionate about providing care and support to individuals in need? We are currently seeking dedicated and qualified Personal Care Workers to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities or aged care needs. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Organizing social and recreational activities to enhance overall well-being
  • Monitoring health and medication, and offering emotional support as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support
  • Experience in providing care for aged care or disability clients
  • Knowledge of person-centered care principles and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and manual tasks
