Electrical Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team of specialists in the electrical engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate jobs across engineering, production, and installation for seamless project delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers by clarifying scope and driving successful outcomes.
  • Support quality assurance processes including technical documentation and drawing control.
  • Prepare and produce technical documentation for workshop manufacture.
  • Oversee commissioning and site installation activities ensuring compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to business growth.
About You:
  • Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Have at least 2 years experience in an electrical project or design environment.
  • Be confident working across technical and coordination aspects of a project.
  • Familiar with interpreting electrical drawings preparing technical documents and liaising with clients/suppliers.
  • Possess exposure to site environments and a good understanding of installation/commissioning.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and ideally some experience with MRP/ERP systems or project tools like Smartsheet.
  • Organized detail-oriented and willing to take on challenges.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a passion for delivering high-quality projects from concept to completion.
