Digital Implementation Specialist

This senior digital role supports the implementation of digital media strategies across various channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign bookings, builds, optimisations, specs and reporting
- Collaborate with Digital Managers to streamline workflows and enhance portfolio team performance
- Maintain a high standard of values and behaviours in line with our agency's expectations
- Lead from the front in creating an empowering work environment that fosters growth and engagement among team members
- Drive media activation across all digital platforms based on signed-off channel planning strategies
- Demonstrate exceptional capabilities in digital implementation and activation
- Support the development of media partner briefings, analyse responses and provide feedback where necessary
- Work closely with the programmatic team to develop recommendations
- Take ownership of making biddable platform recommendations with the Digital Director
Key Requirements:
- Hold a deep understanding of the end-to-end media mix with a specialism in digital, technology and platforms
- Exhibit strong project management and client servicing skills across multiple clients or one major client
- Continuously expand knowledge of the broader digital ecosystem (publishers, formats, buy types, tech, measurement, data)
- Have a thorough understanding of relevant biddable platforms
