Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading design efforts across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and excellence in the user experience.

Your primary focus will be on crafting intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet the needs of our users. You'll work closely with our product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and refine the design based on user feedback.

  • You'll lead design sprints, workshops, and research sessions to inform your design decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product landscape, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
  • Mastery of human-centered design principles, with expertise in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, and proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
