Identity Oversight Lead

We are seeking an experienced Identity Oversight Lead to join our team at the Commonwealth Bank. As a key member of our Identity and Access Technology (IAT) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of identity and access controls across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans to identify and remediate gaps in identity and access controls
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Chief Controls Office (CCO) and Risk and Audit teams, to ensure alignment and effective management of identity and access controls
- Conduct self-assessments and provide a consolidated view of controls operated by Identity
- Drive remediation activities and contribute to actionable insights that aid in Business Unit Investment (BUIT) prioritization
- Work closely with teams across the organization to collate existing test findings, conduct workshops, and support walkthroughs
- Demonstrated technical and people leadership skills, with experience managing large workforces
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and key technologies
- Experience in IT audit, internal controls, and/or risk management, with a focus on IAM
- Strong data skills, with automation experience and a reduction in manual effort in executing test cases
