Technical Sales and Support Engineer

Join a dynamic team where brilliant minds come together to deliver expert guidance, troubleshoot process challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance hydrogen peroxide applications.

  • Lead Technical Consultations: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and field support for safe and optimal deployment of hydrogen peroxide systems.
  • Design Field Trials: Design, execute, and analyze field trials to validate product efficacy and deliver actionable insights for process improvement.
  • Deliver Training: Deliver targeted technical training and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, support proposal development, and enable technical selling.
  • Client Needs Communication: Communicate client needs and trends to cross-functional teams for product enhancements and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hydrogen Peroxide Application Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the product and its use.
  • Mining Industry Knowledge: Understand the specific processes and challenges of the mining sector.
  • Technical Problem-Solving & Analysis: Ability to diagnose issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management & Communication: Effectively build relationships and convey technical information.
  • Field Trial Design and Execution: Ability to design, set up, and execute field trials safely, including data collection and analysis, to demonstrate product efficacy and optimize applications.
