Design Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team of industry experts. Our client is a premier development and project home builder in Australia, with a growing portfolio of residential, tourism and agricultural assets.
As a Senior Architectural Drafter, you will contribute to the design and documentation of current and upcoming residential developments. You will work closely with consultants and external drafting teams to support efficient project delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Producing construction drawings for buildings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using ArchiCAD.
- Revising drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers & construction team.
- Ensuring drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinating with other disciplines such as civil and structural engineers, planners etc. for integrated designs.
- Assisting Architects in the design development and documentation phases.
- Preparing conceptual sketches and 3D models to communicate design ideas.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering excellent benefits.
If you have 5+ years' experience in low-rise residential, townhouse, or project home drafting, proficiency in ArchiCAD with strong documentation skills, and excellent communication and coordination skills, we would love to hear from you.
