Residential Aged Care Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Aged Care Manager to join our team at 3D Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff at a 20-bed aged care facility in Perth's Northern suburbs.
Key Responsibilities- Operational and clinical responsibility for the facility, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to residents.
- Manage and empower a team of staff, providing support, direction, guidance, and confidence to achieve their full potential.
- Hold full profit and loss responsibility, driving funding, managing costs, overseeing the roster, and maximizing resources to achieve financial targets.
- Raise the bar and ensure the facility operates in line with aged care legislation, conducting audits and designing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with residents and their representatives to ensure high-quality care aligned with their goals, wishes, and clinical needs.
- Ensure the delivery of superb customer service, managing feedback and complaints.
- Extremely rare part-time management role in aged care, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents.

- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential, and strong clinical nous is required.
- Experience in residential aged care as a Clinical Nurse or Facility Manager is essential.
