Position Overview
We are seeking both part-time and full-time pharmacists to join our team within our facilities in Metropolitan Perth. This role offers a dynamic and fulfilling opportunity to work in a residential aged care setting. Responsibilities include providing on-site clinical pharmacy services such as:
- Conducting medication reviews
- Facilitating vaccination clinics
- Ensuring clinical governance
- Delivering education and training
As part of an interdisciplinary team that includes nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dieticians, and general practitioners, you will contribute to a collaborative clinical environment aimed at achieving optimal health outcomes for our residents.
Qualifications for Success
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- An Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) Credential, or a Medication Management Review (MMR) Credential with a commitment to obtain an ACOP credential
- A National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months
- Evidence of recent Influenza vaccination or willingness to obtain
- Full working rights in Australia
