We are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Expert to join our team.

You will play a pivotal role in validating new ideas through prototyping, guiding developers through solution implementation, and maintaining high standards of quality via rigorous code reviews.

  • Designing and developing sophisticated web applications on strategic digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and third-party solutions.
  • Contributing to architectural decisions by evaluating technology options and aligning solutions with established principles and roadmaps.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, Business Analysts, and developers to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and developing prototypes to validate proposed solutions before full-scale implementation.
  • Reviewing API mappings to connect enterprise systems, third-party platforms, and digital applications for optimal interoperability.
  • Providing clear technical direction and hands-on support throughout the development lifecycle, including code reviews and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Assisting during testing phases to ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are met to the highest standards.
  • Driving continuous improvements across applications, environments, and processes by identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Offering advice, coaching, and knowledge transfer to junior staff members to foster team capability building.
