We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Furniture Sales Expert to join our Castle Hill team, contributing to our mission of becoming the preferred choice for Australian and New Zealand consumers.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading retailer, leveraging your sales expertise to drive revenue growth and deliver outstanding results. Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Utilize your product knowledge and sales skills to create memorable experiences, building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to achieve daily and weekly sales objectives, ensuring accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation.
  • Maximize Sales Opportunities: Apply effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add-on sales, to increase average transaction values and maximize revenue potential.
  • Contribute to Showroom Standards: Work closely with the Showroom Manager to maintain showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in a retail or furniture industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • An open-minded and adaptable approach, willing to learn and grow with the company.
