Key Job Description

Develop and Implement Knowledge Strategies

The successful candidate will lead the development and stewardship of our core legal content. This newly created role is central to enhancing the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our legal work through the creation and maintenance of high-quality and standardised precedents and knowledge assets.

Key responsibilities include leading the creation, review, and ongoing refinement of our core legal content, establishing and maintaining house style across all legal documentation, partnering with practice groups to define their knowledge priorities and develop tailored strategies for content development and knowledge capture.

Other key responsibilities include supporting and managing knowledge-related projects, collaborating with lawyers across all levels to identify content gaps, gather feedback, and promote the use of standardised materials, acting as a trusted advisor on legal drafting and knowledge best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified lawyer with strong experience in legal drafting and content development within a law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Deep understanding of legal practice and the importance of knowledge management in driving efficiency and quality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for clear, consistent legal communication.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
