**Job Description**:
Smiling Mind's 5-year strategy outlines a transition beyond mindfulness, to a broader suite of preventative mental health content that promotes mental fitness and wellbeing. Our primary audiences are children and the adults that support them (parents and teachers), whilst also delivering adjacent programs in workplaces and for the general adult population. To support this transition, we are seeking a Content Lead that is both a strategist, as well as excelling at driving production and implementation across a broad range of program areas and audiences.

Please note this is an initial 24 month contract.

**Qualifications**:
You will have a creative mindset and lead internal and external content teams to develop and deliver the programmatic content strategy and roadmap. You will also develop processes that enable us to improve efficiency, assess the impact of our work, and continuously strive for excellence in quality. You will also have experience in content production across a range of multimedia formats, to enable effective leadership and management of contractors and internal staff.

This is a role for an extremely driven and passionate team member who believes that accessible and impactful preventative mental health and wellbeing tools will be key to realising a generational change in Australia's mental health.

**YOU'VE GOT**:
***- 5+ years' demonstrated experience in health promotion or health-related content production
- Experience in developing and delivering a content strategy
- An understanding of the digital mental health and/or primary education settings in Australia (and ideally beyond)
- Experience with content production across a range of formats
- Experience using various CMS
- Project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion or related field (desirable)
