The Lead Content Developer will be responsible for delivering high-quality content on time, with key responsibilities including proactive project management from manuscript to finished copy, creative development and editing, evaluating submissions, preparing acquisition plans, copywriting and metadata management, and liaising with authors, agents and freelancers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful candidate must be a passionate reader across a wide variety of genres, motivated, committed, creative, flexible individual with excellent editorial skills, a forensic eye for detail, and demonstrable experience of taking multiple titles through the full editorial process.
