Plumbing System Inspector

This is a role in which you will play a crucial part in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and monitor on-site sewage facilities to ensure compliance with current legislative requirements.
  • Provide technical advice to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of on-site sewerage treatment facilities.
  • Conduct investigations into compliance matters or concerns and take enforcement action where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve high-performance results.
Requirements:
  • A valid Plumbers and Drainers license.
  • A current Queensland driver's license.
  • A Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Knowledge of State Planning Policy and SEQ Regional Plan.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
