Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality legal advice on employment and industrial relations matters to clients
  • Manage intricate cases, ensuring timely delivery and commercially viable results
  • Regularly review relevant case law and legislative changes to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to produce well-timed advice
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including those at junior staff levels
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and CLE requirements
