Analyzing Business Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for providing consolidated financial information and analysis to support business decisions.
- Prepare and post actual and accrual journals.
- Assemble audit data as required.
- Input operated and non-operated Joint Venture accounting and provide reports.
- Efficiently generate and input Sales Invoices.
- Calculate, lodge, and pay monthly and quarterly Overriding Royalties (ORR), Product Royalties, and Primary Resource Rent Tax (PRRT).
- Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare subsidiary statutory financial statements and tax models.
- Participate in process improvement projects across Finance.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following key skills and experience:
- Qualifications in finance, commerce, or accounting with CPA or CA.
- Demonstrated experience in financial roles within a complex commercial JV environment.
- Advanced analytical skills in MS Excel.
- High-level experience in SAP.
- The ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
