About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Planning and coordination of service delivery to meet contracts and efficiently use resources.
    • Implementation of processes and procedures to comply with reforms and quality standards.
    • Service promotion to increase awareness among seniors.
    • Building partnerships with local NGOs, health professionals, and community groups.
    • Team process coordination for client service agreements, onboarding, assessments, referrals, and addressing service gaps.
    • Volunteer recruitment and coordination to support our community.
