Clinical Partner

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role and manage the clinical care of clients in the Lithgow Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of each home care package client, providing ongoing support and advice as required.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional service delivery.
  • Support COVID-19 escalation processes and educate care workers on best practices.
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse, with expertise in wound management.
  • Strong knowledge of home care packages and multisite environments.
  • Ability to travel between sites and possess a current Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle.
