The Lead Bespoke Consultant will take ownership of the entire bespoke experience, guiding clients through every stage. This includes consultations, order processes, and ensuring timely delivery of custom pieces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Experience & Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact, handle inquiries, host consultations, manage expectations, and resolve concerns.
  • Design Coordination & Production Oversight: Collaborate with designers and production teams to align designs with technical feasibility and client expectations.
  • Order Management & Logistics: Oversee order processing, ensure procedures are followed, track records, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Report weekly sales, identify challenges, propose improvements, and maintain accurate tracking of order progress.
  • Team Support & Knowledge Sharing: Educate internal teams, share best practices, and contribute ideas to expand and refine the bespoke offering.
