Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Jewellery Advisor to join our team in the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with their jewellery purchasing decisions.

As a Jewellery Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, business profitability, and client service excellence across your markets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional and courteous client service to all clients
  • Assisting in handling customer complaints and processing quality inspections
  • Acquiring new clients and capturing their information accurately
  • Maintaining a clean, neat, and tidy boutique appearance
  • Managing inventory and performing basic Point-of-Sales functions
  • Attending daily staff briefings and ensuring boutique closing is completed within stipulated time

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in jewellery sales (preferred)
  • Visual merchandising experience
  • Relationship management skills
