We are seeking an experienced professional to drive sales of luxury jewellery and designer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process daily transactions in the jewellery department, meeting established performance targets.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of luxury items and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate effectively with various store departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role selling luxury goods and merchandise.
  • Demonstrated product expertise in high-end jewellery and designer items.
  • Excellent communication skills to establish rapport, trust, and empathy with customers.
  • Strong familiarity with luxury brands, including international labels.
