Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients in-store and over the phone, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with store management and trade teams to drive sales growth, improve store performance, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively merchandise and replenish stock, presenting it attractively and efficiently to meet customer needs.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and directions throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience, preferably in a sales or assistant role.
  • A strong interest in learning new skills and building knowledge and expertise on products.
  • An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail, taking pride in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends.
  • A valid driver's license to assist with store deliveries.
