Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team and drive financial insights.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional who can bring strong analytical and technical accounting skills to support the team.
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial insights and delivering high-quality results for our office sector portfolio.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Office Sector team in end-to-end portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and asset planning processes, ensuring best-practice modelling and reporting across income, capital, leasing, and valuations.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert knowledge and translate financial and leasing metrics into actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the financials and reporting of a portfolio of office assets delivered by outsourced providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to review property returns, inputting and reviewing forecast assumptions against external valuer reports, and ensuring the accuracy of underlying forecast models.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across platform-wide processes and reporting, as well as supporting property transaction activities (disposals/acquisitions).
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, Property, or Land Economics.
  • CA or CPA qualified.
  • 3-5 years' experience in financial or management accounting.
  • Proficiency in Yardi and TM1 highly regarded.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build and interpret complex financial models.
  • Proven experience managing diverse stakeholders and service partners.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
