Job Opportunity:

The Senior School Library seeks an exceptional leader to spearhead its strategic direction and daily operations.

This role is pivotal in fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and resource-rich environment that supports academic excellence, digital literacy, and a lifelong love of reading.

The successful candidate will have a passion for education and library services, with experience teaching Senior School students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the administration and daily operations of the Senior School Library
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate information literacy and research skills into the curriculum
  • Curate and manage a diverse and engaging collection of print and digital resources
  • Promote reading for pleasure and academic success through engaging programs and events
  • Supervise and mentor library staff and volunteers
  • Coordinate author visits, Book Week celebrations, and library promotions
  • Provide reference and reader guidance services to students and staff
