Flexible occupational therapy role where you will provide services on an as-needed basis, helping patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient evaluations to assess functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and daily function.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies for improving independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices in occupational therapy.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.
- Prior experience in occupational therapy preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
- CPR certification preferred.
