Cancer Program Leadership Position

About the Role
Strategic and operational leadership is required for a comprehensive cancer program. This position involves managing a diverse program encompassing adolescents and young adults, haematology, medical oncology, and radiation oncology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading change, influencing others, and negotiating successful outcomes in an innovative and resourceful manner. Experience in human, financial, and material resource management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a comprehensive cancer program
- Drive improvements in patient flow and care systems
- Enhance safety and quality across the program
- Work closely with Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health Leads
