About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Manager to join our Cancer Program team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the standard of care within our multidisciplinary Cancer Program team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide invaluable support and guidance on patient safety, accreditation, and risk management processes.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture that prioritises safety and quality in patient care.
  • Manage specific work portfolios, coordinate key projects, and implement programs that drive improved outcomes for patients and clients alike.

About You

Requirements

  • APHRA registered Nurse/Midwife with extensive post-registration experience.
  • Proven leadership skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong ability to manage projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Knowledgeable about healthcare legislation, standards, and quality improvement systems.
