About the Role

As a key member of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the planning, development, and implementation of our Cancer Program objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a comprehensive cancer program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor performance against activity targets and other service objectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic changes.
  • Collaborate with Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health Leads to drive multidisciplinary collaboration and innovation in patient care.
  • Enhance safety and quality across the program, ensuring compliance with clinical governance standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve patient flow and care systems, leveraging innovative solutions and technologies.
About You

We are seeking a strong leader with a proven track record of motivating and inspiring teams to achieve program objectives. You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a strategic thinker, able to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to drive change and achieve successful outcomes. Your ability to build networks and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration will be essential in this role.
