About the Role:

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a strategic and operational leader to head its Cancer Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive cancer program, working closely with medical, nursing, and allied health leads to drive improvements in patient flow and care systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive cancer program strategy.
  • Operational Leadership: Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality cancer care services.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with medical, nursing, and allied health leads to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Innovative Environment: Drive improvements in patient flow and care systems through innovative solutions.
  • Clinical Governance: Enhance safety and quality across the program.

About You:

To be successful, you will have strong leadership skills, a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others, and a proven track record of leading change and influencing others. You will also have high-level experience in the effective management of human, financial, and material resources, and the planning of workforce requirements and aligning resources to business needs.
