Manufacturing Team Member Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our manufacturing team in Crestmead. As a Manufacturing Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting the production and delivery of milk-based products to our customers.

The Role

Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced directly from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. With a production output of around 100 million litres per year, we are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality products and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the production line to ensure efficient and effective operation
  • Anticipating and identifying issues on the line and implementing solutions to maintain productivity
  • Accurately completing and recording all quality, testing, and production-related documents
  • Adhering to and recording company safety and quality policies and procedures
  • Contributing as a team player and sharing knowledge willingly
  • Actively seeking development to continuously learn and participate in continuous improvement programs at the site

Requirements

  • FMCG manufacturing and/or warehousing logistics experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist in troubleshooting machinery issues
  • Comfortable using technology for production, safety, quality, and reporting
  • Commitment to teamwork and safe working practices
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
