Candidates will participate in a 24-month rotational program covering various aspects of the manufacturing sector, including production, quality, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive operational excellence by leading and delivering projects aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze key performance indicators such as OEE, Process Cycle Time, changeover times, labor management, deviations, and safety reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement process improvements utilizing data analysis tools like Power BI to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- A strong academic background in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Materials, Pharmaceutical, or Biological Sciences is required.
- Work experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or FMCG is an asset.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
