**Integration & Empowerment Services (IES)** is a local not-for-profit based in Ellenbrook, Western Australia. IES is a registered NDIS service provider delivering a range of holistic support services including premier in-home care, community and social supports, Recovery Coaching, respite assistance, facility-based and community-based social programs and more to residents of the Perth Metro area.

We are currently seeking _**EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC SUPPORT STAFF**_ to join our dedicated team. You will have a caring nature, be a great communicator and have a strong desire to assist people in their homes with domestic tasks. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent prioritisation skills to ensure that tasks are completed within rostered hours and the ability to undertake physically demanding work.

At IES you will become a valued part of a dedicated team, that works collaboratively and holistically to ensure that each client's support is tailored to the individual.

**EXPECTATIONS**:

- Day to day cleaning of NDIS client homes
- Ability to remain discrete when working at a client's premises
- Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes to clients premises
- Able to provide household cleaning tasks.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

**REQUIRED**
- Demonstrated skills and experience in housekeeping and ability to complete cleaning of residential premises.
- Caring nature towards people
- Committed and reliable
- Positive and friendly customer focus
- Proactive and an eye for detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to follow guideline

**Certifications**:

- Driver's Licence with Comprehensive Car Insurance
- National Police Clearance
- Driver's Licence, with a reliable vehicle and car insurance.
- First Aid (Desirable)
